视网膜母细胞瘤组织中CD44表达与临床及组织分型的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨视网膜母细胞瘤组织中CD44的表达及其与临床及组织分型的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测CD44在36例视网膜母细胞瘤组织中的表达;用HPIAS21000彩色病理图像分析系统测量其平均积分吸光度值。结果在36例视网膜母细胞瘤组织切片中,均可见CD44的表达阳性,其表达水平明显高于正常视网膜;视神经浸润组的瘤组织中,CD44的表达水平明显高于无视神经浸润组(P<0.05),眼外期组CD44的表达水平明显高于眼内期组和青光眼期组;未分化型RB组织中,CD44表达高于分化型RB(P<0.05)。结论 CD44的表达水平增高与临床分期和组织学分型有关,CD44高表达意味着预后不良。Objective To investigate the CD44 expression in retino blastoma（RB） and it relationships between clinical stage and histotype.Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of CD44 in 36 cases of paraffin enbeded Rb samples.The quantitative analysis of the expression of CD44 was assessed by HPIAS21000 Color Pathologic Analysis System.Results In all the 36 cases of Rb specimens,CD44 positive expression was in tumor cells.the level of CD44 expression was significantly higher in tumor than that in normal retina（P0.05）.There is significant difference between the optic nerve invasion group and the nonoptic nerve invasion group（P0.05）;CD44 expression in undifferentiated RB tissues was higher than that in differentiated tissues（P0.05）.Conclusion The increased expression of CD44 was significantly related to clinical stage and histotype.CD44 overexpression may indicate prognosis mala.
