“紫金模式”下上杭教学基地建设运行管理的实践与思考

摘　　要：教学基地建设运行管理是保证和提高教学质量的重要组成部分,福州大学紫金矿业学院上杭教学基地的运行管理充分体现出紫金矿业学院的办学理念和"紫金模式"的特点。本文通过分析"紫金模式"下上杭教学基地建设运行管理的特点、问题,指出了加强基地建设运行管理的关键所在;提高基地运行管理成效应从加强学生思想认识、拓展基地功能与服务指向、实施校企共建双赢、强化管理与监控机制等几个方面入手,以实现基地可持续运行发展。The construction and operation management of a training base is important for ensuring and improving the teaching quality of college students.The construction and management of Shanghang training base manifest the educational ideology of College of Zijin mining,Fuzhou University,which named as Zijin mode.The main features of construction and management of this training base under the Zijin mode were analyzed and the main problems of operation were concluded,and key factors for improving the management were advanced.For effective operation and keep sustainable development of this training base,the following four factors should be emphasized： realization of importance of practice training for students;extension of the base function;double-benefit for both college and enterprise during the operation;and improvement for management and monitoring mechanism.
