摘　　要：目的探讨端粒酶逆转录酶(hTERT)、c-myc和Ki-67在成年型卵巢颗粒细胞瘤(AGCTO)中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法分别检测35例成年型卵巢颗粒细胞瘤和10例正常卵巢组织中hTERT、c-myc和Ki-67的表达,并对它们的关系进行分析。结果 hTERT在AGCTO中的表达高于正常卵巢组织,在分化较差组的表达高于分化较好的组;Ki-67在低分化组的表达明显高于高分化组。hTERT与Ki-67成正相关关系。hTERT和Ki-67的表达与AGCTO的分化程度有关。结论 hTERT表达升高可能在成年型颗粒细胞瘤的发生发展中起一定的作用,联合检测hTERT和Ki-67的表达可为诊断及判定预后提供理论依据。Objective To expore the expression of hTERT,c-myc and Ki-67 in the adult-type granulosa cell tumors of the ovary（AGCTO） and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of hTERT,c-myc and Ki-67 protein was detected in 35 cases of AGCTO and 10 cases of normal ovarian tissues by immunohist ochemicalmethod.Results The expression of hTERT in AGCTO tissues was higher than that in normal ovarian tissues,and also higher in the poorly differentiated patients than in the better differentiated patients;The expression level of Ki-67 in the poorly differentiated patients was higher than in the well differentiated patients.There was negative correlation between the expression of hTERT and Ki-67.The positive rates of hTERT and Ki-67 were closely correlated with degrees of histological differentiation.Conclusion The results indicate that the high expression of hTERT may play a key role in the development of adult-type granulosa cell tumors of the ovary.The combined detection of hTERT,Ki-67 can provide a theoretical basis for diagnosisand predicti on of prognosis.
