摘　　要：目的探讨胃淋巴瘤的X线、CT表现及特征,以提高诊断能力。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的15例胃淋巴瘤患者的X线及CT表现,归纳总结其影像特征。结果胃淋巴瘤的X线表现及特征有:肿块型、浸润型、溃疡型、混合型。胃淋巴瘤的CT表现及特征有:弥漫或局限性胃壁明显增厚,周围脂肪间隙存在。肿块密度均匀,增强扫描呈轻中度均匀强化。结论胃淋巴瘤有较明显的X线、CT表现及特征,正确认识和掌握这些征象有助于对胃淋巴瘤的诊断。Objective Study the characteristic and expression of stomach malignant lymphoma by X-ray and CT to improve the clinic diagnosis ability.Methods Retrospectively analysis the expression of X-ray and CT of 15 stomach malignant lymphoma patients which had been certified by operation and pathology,and summarize radiological the characteristic.Results The characteristics of stomach malignant lymphoma included： mass type;infiltrative type;ulcerative type;mixed type.The characteristics of CT of stomach malignant lymphoma are： diffused or localized gastric wall thickening observably,and with peripheral fat space.The density of the tumor is homogeneous,and show mild to midrange enhancement by enhanced scanning.Conclusions There is a typical chrematistics of X-ray and CT of stomach malignant lymphoma,which are understanding and mastered correctly could help us to diagnosis the disease.
