西沙比利用于结肠镜检前清洁肠道的研究

摘　　要：为观察西沙比利在结肠清洁中的效果,将240例接受结肠镜检的病人随机分为三组:①对照组56例,采用常规用药(50%硫酸镁30ml加灌洗粉1966g冲开水2000ml口服);②实验1组92例,采用常规用药加西沙比利10mg口服;③实验2组92例,采用常规用药加西沙比利20mg口服。结果实验2组978%的病人达到清洁肠道的目的。提示口服西沙比利20mg加常规用药。In order to observe the effects of cishabili to be used in cleaning colon, 240 subjects were randomly divided into three groups: Control group, 56 cases, routine cleaning colon; Experimental group one, 92 cases, receiving routine plus oral cishabili 10 mg; Experimental group two, 92 cases, receiving routine plus oral cishabili 20 mg. The results was found that the colon of 97 8 % patients was satisfactorily cleaned in the experimental group two. It was showed that oral cishabili 20 mg plus routine could be used as a routine method for cleaning colon before colonoscopy.\;
