食管贲门癌根治术后胸胃排空障碍分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨食管贲门癌术后胸胃排空障碍的诊断及治疗方法。方法:对25例食管贲门癌术后左侧胸胃排空障碍患者临床资料进行回顾分析。结果:22例患者经保守治疗痊愈,3例患者经再手术治疗痊愈。结论:食管贲门癌患者术后左侧胸胃排空障碍多为功能性的,仅少数为机械性排空障碍;因其治疗方法不同,临床需对其进行鉴别诊断。机械性胸胃排空障碍者应尽早实施手术治疗;功能性胸胃排空障碍者经保守治疗可痊愈。Objective：To study the diagnosis and treatment of disturbance of intrathoracic gastric emptying after resection of esophageal or gastric cardial cancer.Methods： A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 25 patients undergoing esophageal or cardial cancer resection.Results： A total of 22 cases cured by conservative treatment,3 cases were cured by reoperation.Conclusions： Disturbance of intrathoracic gastric emptying is mostly functional,but only few mechanical of disturbance of intrathoracic gastric emptying;because the different treatment methods,clinical need for differential diagnosis.Conservative therapy should be used for the patients with functional of disturbance of intrathoracic gastric emptying,and reoperation for mechanical of disturbance of intrathoracic gastric emptying.
