盘轴过盈配合的ANSYS分析

摘　　要：以转子中轴和盘的连接为例,用ANSYS有限元软件模拟计算了轴和盘的配合应力以及将轴从盘中拔出时盘轴连接处的应力情况。得出组装与拔出过程时间曲线图和过盈配合应力分布云图以及接触单元上的压应力分布云图。并对应力分布云图进行了理论上的分析。为工业上有关过盈配合的组装提供了理论指导依据。Taking the rotor of axis and disk connection as an example and analyzing the stress between axis and dish and the contact stresses which draw axis from disc by ANSYS finite element software,then the time curves picture of assembly and pulled out and the stress distribution picture are obtained finally,providing the theoretical guide basis with assembly of interference by analyzing the stress distribution picture for industry.
