摘　　要：的：探讨吗啡持续皮下泵入对重度癌痛患者的临床疗效；方法：BD留置针腹部埋置，连接微量泵药管，吗啡匀速泵入。静脉吗啡初用每日量为原口服吗啡每日量的1，03，视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评价疗效；结果：吗啡平均初次剂量50mg（30～80mg）／24h．平均维持量80mg（60～120mg）／24h，疼痛缓解率，d160％，d2～d14均为90％，联合辅助用药后疼痛控制96吖．不良反应中腹胀或便秘170例，食纳下降101例，过度镇静、睡眠增多50例．恶心或呕吐22例、呼吸抑制2例、尿潴留2例；结论：晚期大量口服长效吗啡类药物疗效不佳的癌症患者。Objective： The discussion morphine continues the hypodermic pump to enter to the specific weight cancer pain patient＇s clinical curative effect;Methods： The BD leaving alone needle abdomen embedment, the connection micro pump medicine tube. the morphine uniform speed pump enters. The vein at the beginning of morphine uses every day to measure 1/3 which measures every] day for the original oral administration morphine, the visual simulation grading law（VAS）appraisal curative effect ;Results： Morphinel! average primary dosage 50mg（30～80mg）/24h,average maintenance dose 80mg（60～120mg）/24h.the ache alleviation rate,dI 60% ,d2～d14 is 90% ,after the union assistance medication the ache controls 96%o ,responded not good the distension of the abdomen or the constipation 170 examples,the food accepts drops 101 examples, excessively cahn, the sleep increases 50 examples, disgusting or vomits 22 examples,the breath suppresses 9 examples,the urine zhu keeps 2 examples;Conclusion：The later period massive oral administration persistent effect morphine class medicine curative effect not good cancer patient, uses the analgetic pump to continue the pump to enter the morphine to be able to obtain the satisfactory curative effect
