摘  要:基于2006—2008年8月北京新一代天气多普勒雷达资料,在TITAN(Thunderstorm Identifi-cation Tracking Analysis and Nowcasting)三维风暴识别、跟踪、分析算法的基础上,客观分析了北京地区8月的风暴气候特征。结果表明:(1)风暴初生的日变化特征表现为典型的双峰型,峰值分别在凌晨06~08时和傍晚18~20时;西南—东北走向的山脉附近风暴云初生频次明显高于其它地区,且迎风坡大于背风坡,表明地形对风暴触发的重要作用,同时地形对风暴移速、降水的分布等产生重要影响;(2)环北京地区8月50%的对流风暴云持续时间〈30 min,绝大部分风暴云体积〈400 km3,平均风暴云顶高度为6.9 km;(3)反射率因子阈值为35 dBz的风暴体积、面积、高度的频率近似呈对数正态分布;(4)通过尺度分析发现8月主要为D尺度风暴云,其平均组合面积较低纬度偏大,平均回波顶高比低纬偏高。Based on the radar data measured by Doppler radar at Beijing station during August 2006-2008,TITAN system is used to analysis the climatic characteristic of storm around Beijing area.The results show that the diurnal variation of storm initiation is typically bi-peak,the peak time of storm initiation are 06:00~09:00BST and 18:00~20:00BST,respectively.The spatial distribution of identified storm shows that the storm initiation near the mountain are significantly higher than that in other regions,and at the windward slope is higher than the leeward slope,which shows the important role of topography in triggering new storm.Topography is also an important factor of the motion and precipitation of storm.The properties of storm show that 50% of storm duration is less than 30 min and the volume of most storm is smaller than 400 km3,the average height of storm top is 6.9 km.Characteristics such as storm volume,area,and height are shown to have a logarithm frequency distribution.The echo top and composite area of storm around Beijing area are higher and larger those in low-latitude areas,respectively.Scale analysis shows that the D-scale storm is dominant in August.
