摘 要:针对传统PID控制器依赖被控对象精确的数学模型,当应用在复杂的、非线性、人迟滞的即热式热水器时难以达到良好的动态响应的缺点,本文将模糊控圳理论噍用于即热式热水器的温度控制中,同时分析了即热式热水器控制系统硬件绀成及工作原理,并且在MATLAB中应用Fuzzy Toolbox和Simulink纣控制系统进行仿真。实验结果表明,模糊控制方法相对于传统的PID控制具仃更好的动态和静态性能,控制精度为大为提高。Traditional PID controller relies on the accurate mathematical model of the controlled plant, when used in the complex, nonlinear and delayed instantaneous water heater, it is difficult to achieve positive dynamic response. This thesis applies fuzzy control theory to the temperature control of the instantaneous water heater, and analyzes the hardware and working theory of the control system, as well as the application of Fuzzy Toolbox and Simulink in MATLAB to simulate the control system. The results of the experiment show that, compared with the traditional PID control, fuzzy control method has better dynamic and static properties and the precision of its control has also improved greatly.
