摘　　要：文章从目前高职实训教育模式的现状，分析其存在的弊端。探讨高职实训教学的企业化管理模式引入的方式及关键点，以提高学生的社会竞争力。This paper details the current models of higher vocational training education and their drawbacks. The key technology and principle of business administration are applied to training by modularized education so that the students＇ competitive power would be raised.
