摘  要:目的:测试首次就诊、未经治疗的注意缺陷多动障碍(Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder,ADHD)儿童的智力结构。方法:采用韦氏儿童智力量表修订本(C-WISC)对33名ADHD儿童和33名正常儿童进行智力评估。结果:ADHD儿童言语智商(VIQ)为(102.55±14.16)、操作智商(PIQ)为(99.39±10.21)及总智商(FIQ)为(101.24±11.33),均分别低于正常儿童(115.91±9.53、113.91±10.93及116.76±10.60),差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01);各分测验(除外图形拼凑)均显著低于正常儿童(P<0.05,P<0.01);ADHD儿童组言语智商VIQ-PIQ差值(13.35±8.75)显著高于对照组(7.31±4.14)(P<0.05)。结论:ADHD儿童智商结果普遍下降,智力结构因为注意缺陷全面受损。操作智商发育落后于言语智商,智力结构发展不平衡。Aim:To study the structure of intelligence in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).The children were first to see doctor and were not treated by medication and other psychotherapy.Thirty-three children with ADHD and 33 healthy controlled were evaluated with the Chinese Version Wechsler intelligence scale for children(C-WISC).The verbal scale intelligence quotient(VIQ,101.94±13.94),performance scale intelligence quotient(PIQ,99.19±10.30) and full scale intelligence quotient(FIQ,100.78±11.20) in children with ADHD were significantly lower than those(VIQ,115.7±9.81;PIQ,114.30±10.84;FIQ,116.80±10.74) in healthy control(P0.01).And subtests of C-WISC(excluding object Assembly,OA) were significantly lower than those of controlled(P0.05,P0.01);The differences of(VIQ-PIQ) in children with ADHD(13.35±8.75) was significantly higher than healthy control(7.31±4.14)(P0.05).The IQ in children with ADHD were pervasively decreased.The structure of intelligence was influenced because of attention deficit,and was not equal.VIQ had a developmental disorder than PIQ in children with ADHD.
