摘  要:目的:探讨全自动电泳系统在筛查婚前、产前人群及新生儿地中海贫血(简称地贫)和异常血红蛋白病中的作用。方法:应用法国seb ia电泳仪对3 800例婚前、产前及新生儿血液标本作全自动琼脂糖凝胶电泳分析。结果:3 800例血液标本中检出地中海贫血及异常血红蛋白病816例(占21.5%),其中地贫795例(占20.9%),异常血红蛋白病21例(占0.55%)。结论:全自动电泳系统筛查地中海贫血和异常血红蛋白病具有很高的分辨率,可显示清晰区带,及检出微量成分,扫描定量准确,大大提高对地贫及异常血红蛋白病的检出率。Aim: To study the effect of automatic electrophoresis system in screening thalassemia and abnormal hemoglobin in the couples who are in pre-marrige or at prenatal period,and in newborn babies.Methods: Sebia electrophoresis instrument made in France was used to detect 3800 blood samples,which were from the couples in pre-marrige or at prenatal period and newborn babies,for automatic agar gel electrophoresis analysis.Results: In 3800 blood samples,there were 816 cases accounting for 21.5% totally with thalassemia or abnormal hemoglobin detected.Among them,there were 795 cases of thalassemia(20.9%) and 21 cases of abnormal hemoglobin(0.55%).Conclusion:Automatic electrophoresis system has very high resolving power in screening thalassemia and abnormal hemoglobin.It can show clear and distinct band and be used to measure trace components.Its precise quantitive scanning is greatly helpful to increase the detection rate of thalassemia and abnormal hemoglobin.
