高等教育大众化时期大学生就业观的调查研究及指导对策

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育大众化进程的加快,大学生就业难的问题越来越突出。为了清晰地了解大学生的就业观,通过实证调查,探究其择业时的心理特征,并结合调查结果,从大学生自身的角度提出了一些相应的指导对策,希望能够为解决大学生就业问题提供帮助。With the fast growth of the popularization of higher education in China,the difficult problem of employment of college students has becoming increasingly acute.In order to know clearly about the view of employment of college students,we find out the psycological characteristics of career choosing through the empirical inquiry,and on the base of the findings of investigation,this paper comes up with some corresponding strategies from the perspective of college students,which is helpful to solve the problem of the employment of college students.
