摘  要:为探讨大学生自我效能感与情绪管理能力的状况及二者的关系,采用大学生情绪管理能力问卷和一般自我效能感量表对某大学206名学生进行施测。测试结果为:(1)大学生自我效能感状况处于中等水平(2.60±0.53),在年级、城乡、独生与否等变量上差异显著(P<0.05);(2)大学生情绪管理能力处在中等水平以上(3.62±0.40),在性别、城乡、独生与否、年级等变量上差异不显著(P>0.05);(3)大学生自我效能感与情绪管理能力存在中度正相关(r=0.313)。研究认为:大学生自我效能感越高,其情绪管理能力越强;大学生自我效能感越低,其情绪管理能力越弱。To explore the status of emotion management ability and general self-efficacy in college students and their relationship,206 students from a college are tested by emotion management ability questionnaire and general self-efficacy scale.The result shows that:(1)the general self-efficacy of college students are in a middle level(2.60±0.53)and college students from urban or rural,students from single or multiple children family and students of different grades have significantly statistical difference in general self-efficacy(P0.05);(2)the emotion management ability of college students are in the middle to upper level(3.62±0.40)and college students of different genders,students from urban or rural,students from single or multiple children family and students of different grades have no significantly statistical difference(P0.05)in emotion management ability;(3)there is a positive correlation in a middle level between general self-efficacy and emotion management ability in college students(r=0.313).It can be concluded that the higher college students′ self-efficacy is,the stronger students′ emotion management ability will be and vice versa.
