复合树脂嵌体修复与金属嵌体治疗垂直性食物嵌塞的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较复合树脂嵌体修复与金属嵌体治疗垂直型食物嵌塞的疗效。方法选择合适病例,70例患者93件修复体,随机分组,分别应用嵌体与复合树脂直接充填修复进行治疗,对患牙邻接情况、牙龈健康状况及边缘密合性进行比较。结果两组病例在边缘密合性、邻接关系方面及牙龈健康状况方面差异无统计学意义。结论复合树脂嵌体因其良好的美观性能及合适的价格,可以作为治疗垂直型食物嵌塞的一种较好的办法。Objective To compare the clinical effects in treating interdentally food impaction between composite resin and metal inlay. Methods 70 patients,93 prosthesis were randomly divided into two groups,and they were treated by immediately filling with composite resin or inlay respectively. Edge suitability, interproximal contact gingival and periodontal status, were compared after one year of following - up. Results There was no statistical significance between composite resin and metal inlay in gingival,interproximal contact and periodontal status and edge suitability. Conclusion Composite resin inlay was good method in treating interdentally food impaction because of its esthetic performance and cheap price.
