摘　　要：目的探讨孤立型细支气管肺泡癌在HRCT上的表现及特点。方法回顾性分析22例经手术病理证实的SBAC的HRCT征象,观察其部位、大小、形态、内部结构、边缘征象及外周改变,并与37例其他病理类型的周围型肺癌进行对照分析。结果 22例SBAC中21例位于肺野外周,11例可见空泡征,12例可见磨玻璃征。结论孤立型细支气管肺泡癌多具有一般肺癌的征象,空泡征、磨玻璃征往往提示SBAC的诊断。HRCT是孤立型细支气管肺泡癌诊断及鉴别诊断的重要手段。Objective To analyse the manifestations and features of solitary bronc-hioloalveolar carcinoma on highresolution computed tomography scans.Methods The HRCT findings of SBAC comfirmed by pathology in 22 p-atients were retrospectively observed for location,size,shape,internal structure,marg-inal characteristics,and external changes,and compared with 37 cases with other pathological types of peripheral pulmonary carcinoma.Results Among 22 cases,peripheral distribution was found in 21 cases,bubble-like attenuation was found in 11 cases,and ground-glass opacity in 12 cases.Conclusion SBAC has the g-eneral signs of lung carcinoma.The bubble-like attenuation and ground-glass opa-city usually point out the diagnosis of SBAC.HRCT is important in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of SBAC.
