摘 要:研究了α-淀粉在菱铁矿与赤铁矿分离中的作用。单矿物浮选研究表明,淀粉对菱铁矿和赤铁矿均具有较强的抑制作用,而α-淀粉对菱铁矿的抑制能力较弱,在菱铁矿与赤铁矿分离中,选择性抑制能力强。表面动电位研究表明,在pH≥10时,α-淀粉对菱铁矿具有选择性抑制作用。运用红外光谱研究了α-淀粉对菱铁矿和赤铁矿的抑制性能及其作用机理,结果表明,α-淀粉能在菱铁矿表面产生新的特征峰,对菱铁矿有一定的抑制作用,而α-淀粉与赤铁矿的吸附方式是化学吸附,能使赤铁矿强烈亲水,达到抑制的目的。The effect of α-starch in the separation of siderite and hematite was studied.The single mineral flotation test shows that both siderite and hematite can be intensively depressed by starch,yet,α-starch,a modified one,possesses a weak depressing effect on siderite,therewith it can be considered as a selective depressor in the separation of siderite and hematite.The test of mineral surface electric potential proved that in a pulp with a pH value of over 10,α-starch could have a selective depression effect on siderite.The infrared spectra analysis shows that,a new characteristic peak could generate because of the adsorption of α-starch onto siderite surface which contributed a weak depression effect.The adsorption manner of α-starch on hematite is chemical adsorption,which results in the remarkable enhancement of hydrophilicity for hematite and the purpose of depression can be achieved accordingly.
