摘  要:为了综合利用传统湿法炼锌工艺中铁资源,研究了硫酸盐体系中水热法分离锌铁工艺。结果表明,在210℃、2 h、H2O2用量为理论量1.8倍、搅拌速度800 r/min及不添加晶种的优化条件下,可实现铁-锌的有效分离,渣计及液计沉Fe率分别为85.05%和90.73%,与铁离子结合的硫酸根可再生为硫酸返回使用。所得赤铁矿粉经洗涤和煅烧预处理脱杂后符合YHT3级别的软磁铁氧体用铁红标准,适合制备低功耗锰锌软磁铁氧体材料。A new process to separate zinc and iron in sulfate system with hydrothermal method has been proposed.The results show that zinc and iron can be completely separated under the following optimum conditions: 210 ℃,2 h,H2O2 addition of 1.8 times the theoretical amount,stirring speed of 800 r/min without seed.The precipitation ratio of iron can reach 85.05% calculated by residue and 90.73% calculated by liquid,respectively.Sulfuric acid is regenerated from the sulfate radical combined with iron ions simultaneously and recycled for acid leaching operation.After water washing and calcinations,the resulted hematite powder meets the requirement of YHT3 level of ferric oxide for soft magnetic ferrite.It can be used to prepare low-power-consumption Mn-Zn soft magnetic ferrite.
