摘 要:微型贯入仪是通过探针的阻力反映材料内部微结构的仪器,可用于不同学科的研究测试。鉴于现有的土壤微型贯入仪通常是独立的测试系统,其结构复杂且开发代价较高,因此提出基于常规质构仪开发微型贯入仪的思想。以TMS-PRO型质构仪为基础,辅助制作了探针及连接件,配合样模,搭建了用于测试土壤圆锥指数及探测土壤结构的微型贯入仪。测试结果表明,该系统工作可靠、测试精度较高,满足土壤圆锥指数及其发生机理的研究需求。Micro-penetrometer,a kind of measuring equipment applied in different disciplines,can detect the material's internal structure from the change of the probe penetrating impedance.A systematic review on the soil micro-penetrometers shows that most of them were independently designed,being complicated in construction and high cost.Therefore a method of constructing micro-penetrometer by applying the commonly used test platform was proposed.A texture analyser,modeled TMS-PRO,was applied,together with self-produced probe,connecting parts and the related soil molds,to construct a micro-penetrometer for cone index test and soil structure detection.The results show that the constructed system is reliable,providing a high resolution and can satisfy the research needs for the cone index and its mechanisms analysis.
