摘　　要：论述了培养电子类学生实践创新能力的必要性,以学校电子创新中心为例,坚持＂项目驱动、能力培养＂理念为指导,从教学实践内容体系、教学方法和考核方式等环节阐述学生个性化教育和实践创新能力培养。以电子创新中心为纽带,完善学校与企业合作机制,共同构建金字塔型师资队伍和共建实验室。在营造电子创新中心实践创新氛围方面给出了具体方法。This article discusses it is imperative to cultivate the practical innovative ability of students majored in electronic engineering.The electronic innovative center sticks to the ideology ＂The study process is driven by project aimed at ability cultivation＂.This article discusses personal teaching and cultivation of practical innovative ability based on teaching content system,teaching method and test method.The cooperation mechanism between school and enterprise has been perfected,and both two construct pyramidal teacher ranks and build laboratories together.Some detailed measurement is provided in order to build practical innovative atmosphere.
