摘  要:2005年CET改革前后,大学英语教师对CET及其反拨效应的认识如何?改革后随着时间的推移,其认识是否在变化?如果是,具体表现在哪些方面?这些是本文旨在探讨的问题。本文通过对CET改革前后三次问卷调查数据的分析,得出如下结论:大学英语教师总体上对CET改革比较熟悉,对其各项改革措施(如听力比重增加、新增快速阅读)的态度较为积极。他们认为CET对大学英语教学产生的正面影响远远大于负面影响,而且随着时间的推移,正面影响呈上升的趋势。数据显示,改革后大学英语教学的重心似乎在从阅读向听力转移。不过CET只是影响大学英语教学的因素之一,其影响程度没有人们想象的那么大,主要影响因素是学生英语水平、班级大小和学习风气。研究同时发现,部分教师对CET改革措施仍然不够了解,教师对翻译技能教学投入的时间相对不足。综合英语教材的完成情况略有下降,四级教材完成情况总体欠佳。这些可能是CET或各校关于CET的政策措施等因素造成的负面影响。How do College English teachers perceive CET and its washback before and after the CET innovation in 2005? Do their perceptions change with time? If so,in what ways? These are the questions the present study aims to probe.Based on the data of three questionnaire surveys conducted before and after the CET innovation,the following conclusions can be drawn:College English teachers,in general,are familiar with the CET innovation and they hold a positive attitude towards the innovative measures(e.g.the increased weighting of CET Listening Section,the addition of CET Skimming and Scanning Section).Besides,they maintain that the positive washback of the test far outweighs its negative washback on College English teaching,and that its positive washback rises over time.Statistics also demonstrate that College English teaching seems to be shifting its focus from reading to listening after the CET innovation.CET,however,is only one of the various factors affecting College English teaching,whose washback is not as great as assumed.Other main factors include students' English proficiency,class size,and learning atmosphere.Meanwhile,the study has found that some teachers still lack a deep understanding of the CET innovation and devote insufficient time to translation teaching.Moreover,the coverage of Comprehensive English textbooks is on a slight decline,with Band IV in particular being inadequately covered.These may be seen as negative influences brought about by such factors as CET itself and school-based CET policies and measures.
