摘  要:目的:检测试剂和手持式光电比色仪联用的方法,实现对样品中铅、铬的现场快速定量检测。方法:在酸性条件下,六价铬与二苯碳酰二肼作用,生成紫色络合物(544 nm);在碱性条件下,铅与水杨基荧光酮形成三元配合物(560 nm)。生成的络合物呈色深浅分别与铅、铬含量成一定相关性,于手持式光电比色仪实现定量测定。结果:铬浓度在0.0~2.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9970);方法的最低检出量为0.2μg、加标回收率为88%101%;铅浓度在0.0~10.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9959);方法的最低检出量为0.5μg、加标回收率为75%88%。结论:通过将显色试剂固定在纸片上,操作过程中纸片替代检测试剂,使得铬的检测更为便捷;试剂-光电比色仪方法测定铅、铬的方法具有操作简便、快速、适合现场定量检测,值得推广应用。Objective:To establish a rapid and quantitative method for the determination of Pb+2 and Cr+6 in samples on the spot by the testing agent combining with a portable photolometer.Methods: In acidic condition,Cr+6 can react with diphenyl carbohydrazide and generate one kind of purple complex compound(max=544 nm).In alkaline condition,Pb+2 can react with salicylflyuorene and generate ternary complexes(max=560 nm).There is a good linear relationship between the shades of the compound′s color and the concentration of Pb+2/ Cr+6 which could be quantitatively determined by portable photolometer.Results: The linear working range of Pb+2 was 0.0~10.0 mg/L(r=0.9959) with the detection limit of 0.5 μg and the recovery was 75%~88% respectively.And the linear working range of Cr+6 was 0.0~2.0 mg/L(r=0.9970) with the detection limit of 0.2 μg and the recovery was 88%~101%.Conclusion: By means of fixing the chromogenic reagent on the scrip which substituted the detection reagent in the operation,the detection of Cr+6 is more convenient.This method reagents combined with portable photolometer for the determination of Pb+2 and Cr+6 is simple,rapid and suitable for the quantitative field detection and worth of application and extension.
