摘  要:目的:建立常见蔬菜的气相色谱火焰光度检测器(GC-FPD)定量检测和FPD指纹图谱定性检测的方法。方法:样品经乙腈提取、石墨炭黑柱固相萃取净化,GC-FPD测定,FPD指纹图和内标物辅助定性,用外标进行定量。结果:检出限为0.005 mg/kg~0.01 mg/kg(S/N=3),加标回收率为67.1%~135%,相关系数为0.9945~0.9998。结论:部分蔬菜有其固定且特有的FPD指纹图,通过与样品和标样的对照用于定性确证;用外标定量,大多数有机磷农药外标定量的回收率较好。Objective:Gas chromatography with flame photometric detector(GC-FPD) was reported in this paper to the quantitative determination of phosphate pesticide and qualitative analysis with FPD fingerprint in vegetable.Methods: Samples were extract with acetonitrile and purified through Envi Carb column.Specific FPD fingerprint of one kind of vegetable could be used for qualitative analysis through comparison with standar control.Results: The detection limits were between 0.005 mg/kg ~0.01 mg/kg(S/N=3).Overall recoveries were between 67.1%~135%.The correlation coefficients for the linear equations were 0.9945~0.9998.Conclusion: The quantitation of phosphate pesticide could be determined by external standard and its recovery rates in some vegetables were very good.
