摘　　要：目的:探讨两个不同检测系统对肿瘤标志物(AFP、CEA、CA125、CA199)的测定结果是否存在可比性。方法:采用EP9-A方案对两个不同检测系统检测的肿瘤标志物结果进行比对和偏差评估。结果:研究表明此两个检测系统的AFP、CEA和CA125检测结果具有可比性,而CA199的检测结果在两个检测系统存在很大的偏差,不能被接受。结论:在一个实验室内不同检测系统检测肿瘤标志物务必进行结果比对和偏差评估,以确保其结果的可比性。Objective：To discuss the comparability level for the results of four tumor markers including AFP,CEA,CA125 and CA199,measured by two different detection system.Methods： The results of four tumor markers was investigated by method comparison and bias estimation according to the NCCLS Document Ep9-A.Results： The comparability of tumor markers results in two kinds of detecting system accorded to evaluation of clinical acceptability except CA199.Conclusion： In order to insure the accuracy of the test outcome,method comparison and bias estimation should be actualized when there are more than two systems for the same test are used in a laboratory.
