摘　　要：目的:了解荆门市学校卫生状况,为加强学校卫生管理提供指导依据。方法:对82家学校进行现场调查并对正在使用的餐具进行随机抽样检查。结果:82家学校有效卫生许可证,从业人员有效健康证持证率73.4%,餐具合格率69.8%,个人卫生及卫生知识合格率较低,存在食品卫生安全隐患。结论:82家学校卫生状况整体较好,但要加强个人卫生及卫生知识培训,提高健康证持证率,进一步提高学校卫生状况。Objective：Learn about the sanitary status of schools in Jingmen city tostrengthen the management abilities of school sanitation.Methods： Carry on the spot investigation for 82 schools and the random sampling inspection of the tableware which are being used.Results： The valid health permit holder rate of the total of 82 schools is 79.3%,the valid health certificate rate of employees is 73.4%,the pass rate of the tableware is 69.8%,the employees lack personal hygiene and health knowledge,there are food safety hazards.Conclusion： The hygiene condition of the 82 schools is good in overall,but the training of personal hygiene and health knowledge muse be strengthened and the health permit rate must be increased to further improve school health.
