摘　　要：目前企业知识管理中存在缺乏系统性、盲目性、战略性等问题,将战略地图与技术路线图应用于知识管理,能够帮助企业实现自身战略与知识管理的对接,能够知识管理的系统性,有利于协调知识管理各个环节各个方面的资源,从而推动知识管理服务于战略目标的实现。以时间维度为水平方向,表明路线图内各关键要素的发生及持续时间,同时表明各要素间的同步或优先发展关系,以给定时点上知识管理与战略的之间的联系垂直方向,绘制战略性知识管理路线图,为企业提供可视化、系统化、战略性的知识管理工具。Nowadays there are some problems in knowledge management of enterprise,such as lack of system,strategy.Using strategy mapping and technological road map in knowledge management will be good to cooperating kinds of resources and pushing knowledge management serves the strategic aims.Put time as horizon direction,which explains the key points of road and its lasting time,as well as the relation of them,and put the relation of strategy and knowledge management as deficiency,constructing the strategic knowledge management road will supply the enterprise with a visible systematic and strategic knowledge management tool.
