摘 要:通过分析产品拆卸特点,建立面向绿色设计的拆卸序列评价指标体系,提出拆卸序列的选择和评价模型。利用产品设计中BOM和各零部件的回收处理方式建立层次化的属性关联图,并通过分层分步的方法进行拆卸序列的求解。综合考虑了拆卸的几何可行性、经济性等因素,从而生成优化的产品拆卸序列,并支持复杂产品的拆卸序列规划。为了验证该方法的有效性和实用性,开发了面向绿色设计的拆卸序列规划系统,对实际产品进行拆卸序列规划应用,并提供了规划结果。After analyzing the characteristics of disassembly systematically,a multi-objective optimization model that could be employed to generate and evaluate appropriate disassembly sequences in green design efficiently was presented.The hierarchical attributed liaison graph(HALG) was built according to bill of material(BOM) and the knowledge in demanufacturing domains,and the disassembly sequence was generated automatically from HALG through recursively decomposing the assembly into subassemblies.This approach addressed the geometric feasibility of disassembly,the economic value of disassembly,and so on.For more,this approach could be used in the disassembly planning of the complicated products.To verify the validity and efficiency of the approach,the disassembly sequence planning system in green design was implemented and a variety of assemblies including some complicated products were tested,then the corresponding results were presented.
