摘　　要：作为法律意识的重要组成部分,宪政意识对一个国家宪法的制定、实施,对民主、法治建设具有重要的意义。宪政制度的确立以全体公民宪政意识的普遍提高为前提,因此宪政意识的能动作用不容忽视。培养公民的宪政意识,依然是我国的宪政建设必须始终关注的重要问题。The cultivation of the constitutional consciousness of citizen has played a key role in the construction of the constitutional society.The theoritical study of the constitutional consciousness must be strengthened to promote the development of our Chinese legal reform.We should spare our attention to the change and characteristics of constitutional consciousness of citizens during the social transition.
