摘  要:我国高校传统德育的主客范式和后现代主体际范式都存在着不可忽视的理论缺陷,以致德育实践中存在严重错位与人性的失落。民办高校在社会转型背景下,其德育理论与实践受到日益严峻的挑战,本文通过对传统德育范式的扬弃,以交往实践理论为基础,从传统德育范式的成因、交往实践范式的必然和安排三个层面,来寻求民办高校德育交往实践范式新安排。The defect theory existed in subject-object paradigm and post-modern paradigm in moral education of Chinese universities,which resulted in serious dislocation in moral practice and the ignoring of human nature.With the background of social transition,theory and practice of moral education are facing increasingly severe challenges.This paper has been written from the encouragement and abandonment in traditional moral education paradigm,based on the practice theory,from the originating of moral traditional paradigm,the inevitable and arrangements of practice for three levels,to seek the new arrangements of communicative practice in moral education of non-governmental institutions of higher learning.
