甲硝唑明胶海绵在预防干槽症中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨甲硝唑药粉加海绵预防干槽症的疗效。方法下颌阻生智齿拔除术200例,随机分为治疗组(100例),牙拔除后牙槽窝内植入甲硝唑明胶海绵,常规口服抗生素3d;对照组100例,牙拔除术后牙槽窝内不放置任何填充物,常规口服抗生素3d。结果对照组有9例干槽症,发生率为9.00%。而治疗组仅有1例干槽症,发生率为1.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲硝唑明胶海绵能有效地预防下颌阻生智齿拔除后干槽症的发生。Objective To explore effect of metronidazole-gelation sponge on prevention of dry socket（DS）caused by impacted mandibular third molar extraction.Methods 200 cases of impacted mandibular third molars extracted were divided into two groups at random equally.One was the experimental group,in which we implanted metronidazole-gelation sponge into alveolar nest;the other was contrast group,in which we didn＇t implant anything into alveolar nest,two groups both received adiministration of antibiotics for three days.Results The dry socket incidence was 9.00%in contrast group,but 1.00%in experimental group（P0.05）.Conclusion The local use of metronidazole-gelation sponge surgery is effective in prevention of DS.
