摘　　要：对叶绿体色素的提取和制备方法进行了改进。结果表明:用改进后的方法测定叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的含量,能有效的避免方法误差,具有快速、准确、重现性好的特点。Improved method of extraction and preparation about the chloroplast pigment.The results showed that the method can effectively avoid the methodic error and possess the character of high-speed,exactness,and repeatability,touse this method to measure the content of chloroplast and carotenoid.
