摘  要:比较4种植物体地上和地下生物量的差异,测定4种植物成熟期体内重金属(Cu、Zn、Cd、Cr、Pb、As、Hg)和营养盐(TN、TP)的含量,并计算出4种植物富集系数和转移系数的大小。结果表明,盐地碱蓬富集Cu、Zn、Pb、As的能力最大且转移系数最大,而芦苇对Cd、Hg的富集能力较大。从净化角度来考虑,收获盐地碱蓬和芦苇对修复重金属污染效果更理想;4种植物对氮的吸收能力差别较大,对磷的吸收能力差异较小,且氮吸收明显大于磷吸收。盐地碱蓬对N、P的转移都是最快的。收割芦苇和盐地碱蓬能有效地去除湿地中存在的TN,收割盐地碱蓬和香蒲则能降低土壤中存在的TP。The paper compared the differences between aboveground and belowground biomass of four plants.The heavy metals(Cu,Zn,Cd,Cr,Pb,As,Hg) and nutrients(TN,TP) content in tissues of four maturity plants were detected,and their enrichment coefficient and Transfer coefficient were calculated.The results showed that Suaeda salsa had the largest concentrated capacity on Cu,Zn,Pb and As while Phragmites australis was larger on the Cd and Hg than other plants.Considering the purification of four plants,the effect on the restoration of heavy metal pollution was better if we harvested Phragmites australis and Suaeda salsa.Four plants had a larger differente in absorption capacity of nitrogen and smaller different in absorption of phosphorus.Phosphorus uptake was significantly smaller than nitrogen.Harvesting Phragmites australis and Suaeda salsa could reduce total nitrogen and phosphorus content of the wetland,while harvesting Spartina alterniflora and Typha orientalis could reduce total phosphorus content.
