摘 要:[目的]研究了河南不同地区烤烟中致香物质的差异。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法,从河南14个不同地点的2年C3F烤烟中提取致香物质,通过GC/MS分析这些成分,同时进行主成分分析。[结果]河南14地的烤烟可分为5个等级。禹州、临颍和邓州为第1等级;卢氏、睢阳、内乡为第2等级;许昌县、宜阳、灵宝、郏县为第3等级;方城和鹿邑为第4等级;济源和嵩县为第5等级。[结论]综合主成分F值越接近于0,烤烟的香气量品吸评分越高。[Objective] The research aimed to study the difference of aroma components between flue-cured tobacco from different regions of Henan.[Method] Different aroma components were determined by GC/MS,which were extracted by steam distillation from C3F class flue-cured tobacco from 14 different regions of Henan.Principal component analysis of the aroma components was conducted.[Result] Flue-cured tobacco in Henan could be divided into five classes.Yuzhou,Linying and Dengzhou were for the first class.Lushi,Suiyang,Neixiang were for the second class.Xuchang County,Yiyang,Lingbao,Jia County were for the third class.Fangcheng and Luyi were for the fourth class.Jiyuan and Song County were for the fifth grade.[Conclusion] The closer to zero of F value of the principal component analysis,the higher the aroma of tobacco smoke score gained.
