摘　　要：通过对中小企业融资困境的分析,研究了中小企业融资模式,探索"信用捆绑"对满足广东省中小企业融资需求的重要意义。Through an analysis about the difficulties in financing of SMEs,the paper have a research on the financing model of SMEs to explore the ＂credit bundled＂ to meet the financing needs of SMEs in Guangdong Province.
