摘　　要：异黄酮类化合物黄豆甙元(Daidzein,4′,7-二羟基异黄酮)具有多方面的药理作用,但溶解度较差,在临床应用中受到诸多限制。文章利用前药原理对其进行结构修饰,通过在黄豆甙元的4′位酚羟基上引入季胺盐来制备其水溶性衍生物;采用核磁共振仪、红外光谱、元素分析对衍生物的结构进行表征,并应用SOD及MDA水平测试证明该衍生物具有较好的抗氧化能力。The isoflavone compound Daidzein（4′,7-dihydroxy isoflavone） has a wide range of pharmacological effect.But its clinical application is limited due to its poor solubility.In this paper,the prodrug principle is applied to carrying out the structure modification of Daidzein,and a water-soluble derivative of Daidzein is synthesized by the introduction of quaternary amine on the 4′-phenolic hydroxyl group.The structure of this derivative is characterized by the methods of nuclear magnetic resonance（NMR）,infrared spectra（IR） and element analysis（EA）,and the SOD and MDA tests demonstrate that the derivative still keeps wonderful antioxidant ability.
