摘　　要：目的:探讨自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的疗效。方法:对32例(32眼)复发性翼状胬肉进行自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗。结果:术后随访6月～2年,31眼无出现复发,视力均有所提高,眼部美观改善,复发率为3.1%。结论:自体角膜缘干细胞移植是治疗复发性翼状胬肉简便而理想的手术方法。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of limbal stem cell autograft transplantation in the treatment of recurrent pterygium.Methods 32 cases（32 eyes） of recurrent pterygium were treated with limbal stem cell autograft transplantation.Results A follow-up visit taken for a period of 6 months to 2 years showed that no recurrence was found in 31 eyes and all eyes were raised in eyesight and improved in appearance.Only one case out of 32 eyes（3.1%） recurred.Conclusions Limbal stem cell autograft transplantation is a simple and ideal surgical method for treatment of recurrent pterygium.
