摘　　要：腹绞痛及肝损害为临床常见症状,同时出现且有明确服用中药史时,即使患者否认重金属接触,亦应考虑重金属中毒可能。本文总结1例患者的临床资料,以提高临床医师对此病的认识,以防出现漏诊、误诊情况。Abdominal cramps and liver damage are common clinical symptoms.If the patient who had a clear history of taking Chinese tradition medicine denied contacting with heavy metals,heavy metal poisoning should be considered.This article summarizes the clinical data of the patient to improve the clinicians＇ understanding of this disease and prevent misdiagnosis.
