摘　　要：上颌第二磨牙单根单根管发生率低,弯曲单根单根管更罕见。本文报道1例弯曲单根单根管上颌第二磨牙,并使用锥形束CT评估其三维根管形态。Incidence rate of single root canal in maxillary second molar is very low.The emergence of curved single root canal in maxillary second molar with single root is especially rare.A case of curved single root canal in maxillary second molar with single root was successfully treated and reported in this article.This report also highlighted the role of cone beam computed tomography as an objective method to confirm the three-dimensional anatomy of teeth.
