摘  要:以硅油油相,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)和辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)作为乳化剂,仲丁醇为助剂制备有机硅微乳液,研究了CTAB浓度及CTAB/OP-10复配比例、醇的种类和含量、NaBr含量、温度等对微乳中相的影响。实验结果表明,醇碳链越长,形成中相微乳液的能力越强;随正丁醇、NaBr浓度的增大,体系由W insorⅠ微乳液变为W insorⅢ型微乳液,正丁醇、NaBr最佳含量分别为0.56mL和3.0%;当CTAB的浓度在1%~15%之间时,中相的体积分数随CTAB的浓度增大而增大,当CTAB的浓度大于15.0%时,体系形成单相微乳液;CTAB与OP-10复配后的微乳液增溶性降低、稳定性增加,最佳复配比为6∶4;在10~50℃范围内,温度对微乳相的体积影响较小。OBJECTIVE:CTAB and OP-10 can be used as surfactant to form a micro-emulsion system in which silicone is taken as oil phase and n-butanol as co-surfactant.BY using salinity(or concentration of alcohol) scanning,we investigated the influence of molar ratio of CTAB to OP-10,salinity,concentration and kind of alcohol on the formation and characteristic of middle phase micro-emulsion.The results showed that the longer carbon chain of alcohol was,the greater capability of formation of middle phase micro-emulsion;the system changed from the WinsorⅠmicro-emulsion to WinsorⅢmicroemulsion with n-butanol or NaBr concentration increasing,n-butanol and NaBr best content were 0.56mL and 3.0%,respectively;the system can form WinsorⅢ micro-emulsion when the CTAB concentration ranged from 1% to15% and phase volume fraction increased with the increase of CTAB concentration,a single phase microemulsion system was formed when CTAB concentration was greater than 15.0%;solubility decreased and stability increased of the compounded systems of CTAB and OP-10 and the best recovery ratio is 6∶4;in the range 10 ~ 50℃,the temperature has a little effect on the Micro-emulsion system.
