复叶耳蕨根中总酚含量的分析

摘　　要：目的:对鳞毛蕨科复叶耳蕨属植物复叶耳蕨根中酚类物质进行了分析及含量测定。方法:样品分别经乙醇—三氯乙酸的混合液、乙醇及水三种溶剂提取,以Folin-酚法于波长500 nm下测定,以没食子酸为标准计算样品中总酚物质的含量;结果:复叶耳蕨根中的总酚含量较高,以Folin-酚法测定其酚类物质的含量在45 m in内好女孩性好,平均回归率为97.56%。结论:该方法简便,可用于实际样品的测定。OBJECTIVE：Analysis of total phenolics content in the roots of Arachniodes exilis Ching was conducted.METHOD：Extracted by EtOH-TCA 、EtOH、water solvent,phenolics quantitated by Folin-phenol reagent at 500nm.The gallic acid was used as a standard compound.RESULTS：The results showed the content of total phenolics in the roots of Arachniodes exilis Ching was high.The stability of produced color was good in 45 minutes,the recovery was 97.56%.CONCLUSION：Folin-phenol method was suitable for content analysis of total phenolics in Arachniodes exilis Ching.
