摘 要:在引进CIP马铃薯杂交实生种子组合在云南省应用成功的基础上,结合云南省高原的气候和环境条件,引进现有组合的亲本材料开展了马铃薯杂交制种关键技术的研究试验,最终形成了一套完整的、适合于云南高原地区的马铃薯杂交实生种子的制种技术。结果表明,杂交制种时,应选择母本适当的花期,并进行重复授粉,可有效提高结果率;昆明地区7~9月份温湿度适中,较适宜马铃薯杂交制种。而一天中早上温湿度更适宜马铃薯杂交制种,下午则温度偏高,湿度较低,因此上午授粉的平均结果率高于下午的平均结果率。开花数、结果率、果实大小以及产籽量等,从母本的第一台花序到第四台花序依次减少;母本天然结果是传媒昆虫引起的,母本本身属雄性不育,因此可以在隔离条件下进行杂交制种。Based on the successful application of crossbreed true potato seed(TPS) groups introduced from international potato center(CIP) in Yunnan province and climates and environmental idiosyncrasy of Yunnan plateau,the parent materials of introduced TPS groups were used to study the key techniques of TPS seed production in Yunnan,and formed a set of integrated seed production techniques of TPS suit for Yunnan.Results showed that,for enhancing fruit rate efficiently,propriety florescence of female parent should be selected to repeated pollination.Optimum season for seed production of TPS was July to September in Kunming,and morning was more suitable for seed production.Average fruit rate pollinated in the morning were remarkably higher than that pollinated in the afternoon.Number of flower,fruit rate,size and number were gradually decreased from the first inflorescence to the fourth inflorescence bedplate of female parent;female parent was male yield and natural seeds producing were the result of insect-vector pollination.It was feasible to produce seeds in the isolated condition.
