摘  要:以合作88、大西洋和米拉3个云南主栽马铃薯品种为试验材料,分别于大、小春种植,在大春设叶面喷施1 mg/L PPP333、10mg/L PPP333、100 mg/L PPP333、1 mg/L CCC、10 mg/L CCC、100 mg/L CCC共6个处理,小春设叶面喷施10 mg/L,50 mg/L GA3和50 mg/L GA3浸种3个处理,以喷施清水做对照,研究生长调节剂对马铃薯生育期和块茎形成的影响。结果表明,同一马铃薯品种,小春单株产量明显低于大春,大春使用PPP333或CCC可缩短马铃薯生育期,使块茎提早形成,并提高马铃薯单株产量;小春马铃薯采用喷施GA3和GA3浸种,可延长马铃薯生育期,其中大西洋和米拉单株产量提高,合作88单株产量下降。Cooperation 88,Atlantic,Mira were used as material and sowed in spring and winter,6 treatments of spraying 1 mg/L PPP333,10 mg/L PPP333,100 mg/L PPP333,1 mg/L CCC,10 mg/L CCC,100 mg/L CCC on leaf were set on spring sowing potato,and 3 treatments of spraying 10 mg/L GA,50 mg/L GA3,dipping 50 mg/L GA3 were set on winter sowing potato,to study effect of chemical regulation on growth duration and tuber formation.The results showed that the single plant tuber yield of potato planted in spring were better than that planted in winter.PPP333 and CCC were used on spring planted potato,the growth duration was shortened and tuber formation was promoted;GA3 used on winter planted potato,the growth duration was lengthened and the single plant tuber yield of Atlantic and Mira increased,but the single plant tuber yield of Cooperation 88 decreased.
