摘 要:为了解荸荠贮藏期真菌性病害的主要病原棘孢木霉(Trichoderma asperellum)的生长及危害特点,为贮藏期荸荠腐烂病的防治提供理论依据,对棘孢木霉进行了生物学特性研究。结果表明,该菌生长发育温度为10~35℃,最适温度为25~30℃,病原菌菌丝在pH3~8时生长量最大;病菌能有效地利用各种碳、氮源,碳源以糊精、甘露醇、D-山梨醇最好,氮源以甘氨酸最适;分生孢子需在水中才能萌发,40%的荸荠水溶液可促进孢子萌发,其萌发最适温度为25~28℃,最适pH值为3~7。The experiment was conducted to study the biological characteristics of Trichoderma asperellum which mainly caused rotted disease of Chinese water chestnut in order to provide references for the control and cure of rotted disease of Chinese water chestnut.The study results showed that the temperature for the growth and development of Trichoderma asperellum was 10-35 ℃,the optimum temperature was 25-30 ℃ and the maximum number of mycelia grew with pH 3-8.Trichoderma asperellum could effectively utilize various carbon and nitrogen sources.The best carbon sources were Dextrine,Mannitol and D-sorbitol and the best nitrogen source was Glycine.Water was necessary for conidia germination and conidia germination could be promoted when 40 % Chinese water chestnut solution was used as germination fluid.
