颈部动脉有创血压与常规袖带血压测量结果比较分析

摘　　要：目的探讨颈部动脉有创测量血压值与常规袖带血压数值之间是否存在差异。方法在行全脑血管造影(DSA)时,通过有创血压测量的方法测定颈部动脉及肱动脉的血压值,同时用常规袖带测量上肢血压,比较两者之间的差别。结果颈总动脉与椎动脉收缩压与上肢袖带测量的收缩压之间存在明显差异;颈总动脉、椎动脉舒张压与上肢袖带测量的舒张压之间未见差异;肱动脉有创测量的收缩压、舒张压与上肢袖带测量血压值均无差异,但年轻患者与老年患者之间可能有所不同。结论颈总动脉、椎动脉收缩压及平均动脉压与相应的上肢袖带血压测量值之间存在差别。Objective To investigate the differences between values of invasive intra-arterial blood pressure of nuchal arteries measurements and conventional cuff blood pressure of upper limb.Methods The measurement outcomes were compared between the invasive intra-arterial blood pressure of nuchal arteries,brachial artery and noninvasive blood pressure of upper limb during the cerebral angiography.Results There were significant differences in systolic blood pressure between the invasive intra-arterial blood pressure of carotid artery,vertebral artery and the noninvasive blood pressure of upper limb;No remarkable differences were found in diastolic blood pressure between the invasive intra-arterial blood pressure of common carotid artery,vertebral artery and the noninvasive blood pressure of upper limb;There was no difference in both systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the invasive measurement of brachial artery and noninvasive blood pressure of upper limb,despite the possible distinction between the young patients and older ones.Conclusion The differences were showed in our study in systolic blood pressure of carotid artery,vertebral artery as well as mean arterial pressure between the invasive intra-arterial blood pressure and conventional arm cuff blood pressure measurement.
