摘 要:采用气相色谱法在9种常见的固定液上分别测定了13种芳烃的相对比保留体积(V_(g(R))),同时用经典的摇瓶法测定了相同化合物的正辛醇/水分配系数(K_(vw)),并以此建立了V_(g(R))-K_(vw)回归方程.利用所建立的回归方程和13种芳烃化合物的V_(g(R))值对其K_(vw)进行估算的结果表明,选用9种固定液中的任何一种,其K_(vw)估算值的相对误差均在允许的范围内,其中以选用固定液DC-200、SE-30和PEC-20M误差较小.Using gas chromatogrphy, the relative specific retention volumes ( Vg(R)) of 13 types of aromatic hydrocarbons on 9 different sationary liquid were determined separately, and the octanol/water partition coefficients( Kow ) of these chemicals were also measured by classical shake-flask method. Based on the results of Vg(R) and Kow obtained, the Vg(R)-Kow regression equations, the Kow of these chemicals, and the error analysis were discussed. The results indicatd that the relative errors of the evaluated Kow for every stationary liquid were within the permitted .limits, and among the stationary liquids used, the DC-200, SE-30 and PEG-20M exhibited less errors.
