摘　　要：大学生能否顺利就业,关系到大学生自身个人价值能否实现,关系到千万家庭的投资是否得到回报,更关系到经济社会的可持续发展与社会稳定。毕业生就业状况好坏在很大程度上归功于高校毕业生就业市场的运作水平和完善程度。只有培育和发展高校毕业生就业市场,促进毕业生充分就业,才是高校生存和发展的基础。Whether College students＇ could get a job successfully or not concerns the realization of their individal value,the investment obtains of thousands of families and the sustainable development of the economic society.To a large extent,the status of employment quality is due to the job market operation and the perfecting degree for graduates.Only cultivate and develop job market for university graduates,and facilitate their full employment,can the universities survive and develop.Thus,as the organizers and participators,the universities should actively cultivate and improve the job market,and actively solve all kinds of problems that the graduates encounter in the process of employment.
