英汉语道歉行为对比分析

摘　　要：英汉语中,道歉言语行为有所差异,这与各自的文化因素有关,反映了中西价值观和社会行为规范的不同。要想减少这方面的语用失误,扩大交流和沟通,增进理解和相互信任,就需要英语学习者加强对跨文化差异的认识和敏感性,努力提高跨文化交际能力。This paper analyzes apologizing speech acts in English and Chinese comparatively and contrastively.It elaborates the differences and the similarities in apology frequency,illocutionary force indicating device（IFID） and response strategy,and pointes out that much importance should be attached to strengthening learners＇ awareness of and sensitivity to cultural differences in English teaching in order to improve their ability in cross-cultural communication.
