依托专业实体加强专业建设的探讨

摘　　要："专业+实体+行业"是一种新型的高职产学合作模式。应依托专业实体进行高职人才培养模式的创建、实践教学体系的构建、实训基地的建设、"双师型"师资队伍的培养。这样做,不但对专业教学改革起着巨大的推动作用,而且为专业的可持续发展搭建了坚实的理论与实践平台,具有示范作用。Specialty plus Entity plus Profession is a new type of industry-university-research cooperation in higher vocational college.This paper introduces the construction of a characteristic specialty relying on professional entity,some experience and achievements about the talents cultivation mode,construction of practice teaching system,practical training base and cultivation mechanism for teachers.These can be used as a reference for the other higher vocational colleges.
