摘 要:配置了质量分数为30%的乳化焦浆与柴油的混合液,在改进的R180发动机上进行了台架试验。测得了使用油焦浆时的燃料消耗率及HC、CO、NO等排放参数。通过与使用0号柴油时的燃料消耗率及排气参数进行对比,可得:燃烧质量百分比浓度为30%的油焦浆比原机燃烧0号柴油,发动机的输出功率得到降低,在达到最大功率输出点之前HC和CO排放降低,NO排放比较接近。用Matlab绘制了压燃式内燃机燃用油焦浆时的万有特性曲线,找到燃用油焦浆时经济性最好的工况区域。The mixture was made of 30% mass fraction petroleum coke and 70% mass fraction petroleum. The experiment was carried out on the R180 engine bench test. The fuel consumption ratio and emission parameters such as HC, CO, NO were measured. By comparing the fuel consumption ratio and emission of the mixture combustion with those of #0 diesel combustion, it was found that the power output got lower,the HC and CO emissions were decreased, and NO emission was the same level when the petroleum coke slurry is used in the Compression-ignition engine tested. Mapping characteristic curve of the engine with the petroleum coke slurry as the fuel has been drawn and its best economical working condition area has been found..
